This property has comfortable units and the complex amenities include a heated pool, sauna, free tennis court, recreation deck, activity desk, children's playground, basketball court, BBQ area (small fee required), pool snack shop, internet cafe, putting green, sundry store and central laundry facilities.

All of the one bedroom units have a full kitchen, rice cooker, coffee-maker, wall air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, high-speed internet access (fee), iron/ironing board, hair dryer and a lanai.

Waikiki Banyan is a good value for couples and families and the property is close to the Kapiolani Park and Zoo. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and the International Marketplace is 6 blocks away. All units are non-smoking. The property is upgrading and refurbishing the guest elevators. The work should be completed by Fall, 2008. Work will consist of one elevator per Tower to be put out of service 24 hours per day (7 days per week) with three out of four elevators being operational in each Tower during the entire refurbishment. Work will be done from 8:00AM-4:00PM daily. Guests should expect slight delays that may occur and should plan ahead by allowing a few extra minutes when using the elevators. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to minimize any guest inconvenience.
