The Aqua Honolulu Prince is a budget property located two blocks from famous Waikiki Beach and one block from the International Marketplace. The Aqua Honolulu Prince is currently under renovation and is transforming into the new Aqua Waikiki Tides. This will be completed during the first half of 2009. During this transition period, guests will be able to book both the unrenovated Aqua Honolulu Prince rooms and the new Aqua Waikiki Tides rooms subject to availability. Our booking system will display all available categories for both the renovated and unrenovated room types. Once the renovations are complete, this hotel will be known as the Aqua Waikiki Tides. The property has comfortable units and the complex amenities include a cocktail lounge, internet kiosk in the lobby and central laundry facilities.

All of the one and two bedroom units have full kitchens while the hotel rooms have a refrigerator. All units have air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, hair dryer (on request), iron/ironing board (on request), safe, shower or bathtub and a lanai (except hotel standard category). All units are non-smoking.

There are many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The property, now part of the Aqua Hotels and Resorts family, will be undergoing a $5 million dollar renovation beginning on August 18, 2008 with a scheduled completion date of May 1, 2009. The renovations will include the rooms and the common areas including new roofing, store fronts, front walkways and painting of the entire building. There will also be lobby and elevator upgrades as well. There will be some visual and audible disruptions during this period (the property will try to assign guests away from any construction) and the Hotel Manager and his staff will do everything possible to ensure the comfort of all guests.
