The ResortQuest Kona by the Sea (Aston is now ResortQuest) is a sharp oceanfront condominium located on a rocky shoreline on the Kona coast of the Big Island. This property was refurbished in 2004 and has spacious units and the complex amenities include a newly renovated pool, jacuzzi, activity desk, BBQ's, daily maid service and daily turn down service.

All of the one and two bedroom units have nice furnishings which include full kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, central air conditioning, cable TV, high-speed internet access (fee) and washer/dryer.
