The Outrigger Waipouli Beach Resort is a newer oceanfront condominium property located in the Kapaa area on the east side of Kauai. This excellent property has many amenities that include a pool, pool bar, snack bar, whirlpool spa, sundeck, fitness room and an activity desk.
